Your satisfaction is very important to us and we always aim to provide the service and products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have bought from us, return it to us unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it with the receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will give a no quibble full refund for the goods returned.
We are happy to cancel any order that has not been dispatched if directed by the customer making the order.
Any shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No reports of shortages after this timeframe will be accepted.
If Your Item is Faulty
if you receive a faulty item we will replace or refund the total cost of the item(s) and also any delivery costs incurred but you must report the fault within 7 days and you must have proof of purchase and all the original packaging.
